1. Overview

This website is operated by Cosi Care Ltd (“Cosi Care”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases. By using our site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Some of our products are registered medical devices. They are designed to support skin comfort and itch relief. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If products are unavailable, we may cancel and refund your order. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Prices, Taxes & Currency

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. They may change without notice.

  • UK: Prices in GBP.
  • EU: Prices in EUR. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout where available.
  • USA: Prices in USD. Local sales tax may apply.

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees not collected at checkout.

6. Payment

We accept payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting details, you confirm they are valid and authorised. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping times, costs, and carriers are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Dates are estimates only.

Risk of loss passes once delivery is made to the address provided. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure. We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost, stolen, or uncollected due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If parcels are returned to us, we will refund the product cost (excluding shipping) once safely received.

8. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders ship outside usual delivery times. Estimated dispatch dates are shown on product pages. You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched.

9. Cancellations

Orders are passed to our fulfilment partner shortly after confirmation. For this reason, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you need to cancel, email info@cosi-care.com immediately with your order number.

  • If your order has not been processed, we will cancel and refund in full.
  • If your order has been processed or dispatched, you may return it in line with our Returns Policy.

10. Returns & Refunds

You may return products within 30 days of dispatch, subject to the conditions in our Returns Policy:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and with hygiene seals intact.
  • Refunds cover the product price only. Shipping and return postage are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt (no later than 30 days).

This does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Product Information

We aim for accurate descriptions and images, but variations may occur. We may correct errors or cancel affected orders.

12. Promotions & Gift Cards

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their own terms. They cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied after expiry. Gift cards are redeemable only on our site and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including text, graphics, images, product names, and logos) is owned by or licensed to Cosi Care. You may not copy, distribute, or use it without our permission.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our site, including by:

  • Infringing intellectual property rights
  • Harassing others
  • Engaging in unlawful or fraudulent activity

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach.

15. Third-Party Links & Tools

We may provide links to third-party sites or access to third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies. Use them at your own risk.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This does not limit your statutory rights.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosi Care Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

18. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

  • UK/EU: Rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply.
  • USA: State consumer protection laws apply. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA (see our Privacy Policy).

19. Privacy & Cookies

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except that EU and US consumers may also bring claims in their local courts as required by law.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on our website. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
